Risk Programme Manager - RWA/Capital Modelling  - London

Our client a Global Bank is looking to hire an experienced Risk PM to work on large scale Group wide Risk Analytics programme.  The successful candidate will work on globally driven projects and play a key role in providing leadership and guidance on best practice within the risk domain. Work will include programme management within the Capital and Credit Risk space, including Regulatory compliance, helping to shape and define the change agenda. You will be required to operate at a senior level with business and Global transformation stakeholders as well as Quants, Risk delivery and Finance teams.

Candidates must have:

  • Experience of large scale Risk Transformation and proven track record working on complex Change programmes
  • Extensive Risk domain knowledge across a variety of areas such as Credit risk, Capital Calculations, RWA, LGD, EAD, PD etc
  • A proven track record in the construction of risk models from a Capital or Quantitative perspective
  • Able to demonstrate experience with organisational change and proficiency in Change Management methodology
  • Previous Consultancy experience is strongly preferred or experience working on Consultancy related initiatives within a Global banking environment
  • Ability to work and operate independently and have the gravitas and experience to consult with business management
  • Able to define process to manage and mitigate the impact of change on Target Operating Models
  • The ability to define a problem, assess it and propose appropriate solutions based on facts and data
