One of my Banking clients is looking to hire for a unique position - a Developer, Project Manager and Team Coach for a new technology training program in their Dundee location.

You will be expected to provide learning and development coaching to entry-level developers and help shape the program along with various internal and external stakeholders across the Bank.

The new intake will undergo a 32-week training program, and you will lead this by proving coaching, technical advice and guidance on coding languages such as HTML, CSS, SQL Procedures, Web UI and Middleware Applications.

This will all be run in an Agile environment, so previous experience delivering in a sprint-based delivery approach is ideal.

They expect this person to be in the office at least 2 days a week. The contract is for six-months, with a possibility of an extension. Please note the rate quoted is an umbrella rate.
