Project Manager; Application Management; Banking

One of my clients, a prestigious Banking client with offices based in Yorkshire, is looking to hire a Project Manager to work on a key programme of work that runs until June and potentially beyond. The team have been tasked in transitioning a huge number of business applications over to IT so are looking for a Project Manager who has experience in application management. A proven track record in this is absolutely crucial so candidates are expected to show this clearly in their CV.

There will be plenty of liaising with stakeholders and taking ownership of the transition of these applications so previous experience doing something like this (it does not need to be at a Bank) is key to getting this role.

This role will be entirely remote until a time is deemed safe enough to return to the office. Even after that, there won't be a huge expectation to go into the offices (which are based in Halifax) and if the need arises, your travel expenses will be paid in full. The manager has indicated that, should people be expected to go back, it will only likely be once a fortnight, however this isn't confirmed as of yet.
