Project Manager; Change; Banking

One of my clients, a reputable name in the Banking sector, is looking to hire a Project Manager with experience working on big change projects in the financial services space. You will be part of a central change function within the bank within which you will take the lead in delivering on a variety of key change projects across different areas of the Bank.

The team like to hire people who have plenty of initiative in getting things done. Some of the projects you will be managing will be focussed around aspects like trading and complex client data, so it requires someone who not only is an all-rounder, but someone who has actually taken the lead on delivering a solution.

Some key skills for this role:

  • A Change Project Manager with financial services experience who has delivered on multiple change projects.
  • Experience in pulling resources together from different areas of the business to draw up a plan and execute delivery.
  • It would be ideal if you have delivered a third-party vendor solution but if you have delivered an in-house tool, that's fine too.
  • Previous experience managing c-suite stakeholder relationships.
  • A PM who is happy to challenge freely and have an opinion on what needs to be done.
