Python Developer - Front Office - Investment Banking

Our client, a leading Investment Bank, are hiring a Python Developer to help enhance their Front Office Trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Taking requirements directly from Quants and Traders to rebuild legacy Java components in to Python.
• Develop new systems across Pricing, Risk and Trade Capture.
• Contribute at a design level, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

• Very strong commercial experience in Python.
• Strong experience working in Java.
• Experience taking requirements from Traders directly.
• Excellent Academic background in a STEM subject.
