QA/Test Analyst - Banking - London

My client, a leading Global Bank, are seeking a QA Analyst to join its Finance Change business. They require a hands-on technical test analyst working to develop, maintain and execute test cases and suites across the applications and the position required testing experience across a range of technologies including the extensive use of automation. As it is a data orientated environment, candidates should also be comfortable working with relational databases, including practical experience writing SQL.

The successful candidate will be reviewing business requirements, developing test plans, approach and scripts, as well as assisting with the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites. They will therefore require strong skills in both manual and automated testing (including QTP), Database testing AND SQL. This is an excellent opportunity gain significant exposure within a finance environment.

Essential requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar Test Analyst role
• Test automation experience
• SQL experience
• Experience of manual testing
• Experience with regression/system testing
• Understanding of software development processes
• Understanding of relational databases
