React Developer - Trading Technology - Hedge Fund

Our client, a high frequency trading Hedge Fund, is looking for an experienced front end React Developer to work on a number of greenfield projects on its Execution Platform.

There is a large pipeline of work across Order Routing & Management, Trade & Algo Execution and Trading Workflow and the role will involve playing a key part in the design and development of a new suite of real time UIs directly for front office. This will include working closely with users to fully understand the current state and develop ideas for the next generation solution.

Candidates must come from a strong UI development background with a proven track record in:

• Designing, developing and delivering React based Front Ends into production
• Strong core JavaScript development
• Strong TypeScript and Openfin
• Design and implementation of complex, real-time, web based front ends within a buy or sell side environment
• OO Design and development
• Design patterns
• Agile, TDD, Scrum
• Developing well-structured, fully tested, clean, production ready code
• A good knowledge of trading systems is required
