SDET / Automation Test Analyst / JavaScript - Banking - London

Our client, a very well-reputed bank is looking to hire an SDET / QA Automation Tester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global platform, giving candidates the opportunity to learn about the business and work on cutting edge technologies.

The successful candidate will be working in an Agile environment eand there is a large pipeline of work planned for the coming years.

They are looking to hire candidates with strong knowledge of JavaScript testing (WebdriverIO).

Requirements:

• Strong Automation Testing background.
• Candidates need to have either worked on bespoke automation frameworks or heavily customised off the shelf packages.
• Experience in developing and execution of automated test scripts.
• Strong JavaScript testing experience is essential (prior use of WebdriverIO is essential).
• Hands on experience gained with JavaScript.
• Must be highly personable and excellent problem solvers.

Initially this will start as a six-month fixed term contract and a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a long-term cutting-edge programme of work (this is a multi-year project and there will be the possibility for extension of contracts).

This position will start remotely with a view to returning 1-2 days a week to their London-based offices.
