CONTRACT - Security Engineer (Data Resilience) - Banking

My client, a renowned bank is looking for a Security Engineer to act as the primary contact for data resilience to ensure the smooth and secure flow of data across critical processes.

This will include conducting security assessments and developing initiatives to identify potential gaps that may lead to breaches in security.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Vulnerability Management, including practical experience utilising scanning and testing tools.
• Proficient in Cryptographic Key Management and deploying encryption solutions.
• Familiarity with Security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Knowledgeable in SIEM and EDR tooling.
• Well-versed in zero-trust security principles for applications.
• Knowledge of security concepts such as MITRE and Kill Chain.
• Background in financial services, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Please note you will be required 2 days p/w in one of their offices located across the country. This will also be a PAYE contract via an Umbrella
