Network Security Engineer - Financial Services - Hybrid (Manchester)

My client, a leading Bank is looking to hire a Network Security Engineer to work within their Security Engineering team.

Security is a key part of the business and they need a secure minded individual to provide solutions that protect the business from threats to security.

You will need:

• Good knowledge of Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
• Deep understanding of networking security including Firewall and TCP/IP.
• Previous experience working on low-level deliverables.
• Ability to work independently but also collaborate when needed.

This role will be Hybrid and you will need to commute two days per week to their Manchester office.

Please note this is a PAYE contract going through an Umbrella company. The rate quoted is the Umbrella rate.
