Senior PMO - Financial Services - London - Permanent

Our client, a highly successful financial institution, is looking to recruit a Senior PMO to come and support their Project and Programme Managers, supporting with day-to-day activities and decisions, liaising with key stakeholders and keeping programme delivery on track in terms of deliverables and milestones.

The key part of this role is being able to advise on strategy, show how you have implemented and improved PMO processes and be data-driven. Use of data platforms to create dashboards and reports is essential.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience working in a PMO function at fast pace (ideally within finanical services).
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders.
• Adaptable and able to take initiative when situations are ambiguous and fast-changing.
• Used to working in an Agile environment.

Prior experience working within financial services is not essential but would be a bonus.
