Service Designer - Financial Services - Contract

Our client, a highly successful financial institution, is recruiting for an experienced Service Designer to join their new and exciting digital transformation venture. Offering very flexible hybrid working patterns, this role will play a key part in the future of their online presence.

The ability to negotiate, engage and hold your own with important stakeholders will be critical to this role

Duties will include:

• Analysis and understanding of customer requirements across a range of projects, particulalry their mobile app.
• Streamlining existing services and making them more customer centric.
• Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Working in a collaborative manner to help guide and shape the direction of change, mapping out blueprints and strategy and taking the lead in terms of strategic direction.
