Service Desk Analyst - Windows Server / Exchange / SQL - Asset Manager

Our client, a global Asset Manager, is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing Support Team. The role will involve supporting the desktop estate, providing first and second line support for various internal as well as third party applications, resolving desktop issues were possible and escalating when necessary. You will also be involved in software deployment using SCCM, as well as installing and configuring desktop and mobile devices. The role will offer an excellent opportunity to progress within the support team and into the wider technical landscape in the future.

Candidates will need:

  • Commercial experience working on a Service Desk or Helpdesk
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm to want to provide best in class support
  • Experience using Microsoft systems e.g. System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows server, Exchange and SQL Server
  • Experience working hardware on devices including desktops and laptops
  • Previous support of Apple, Android and Blackberry handsets (MDM environment)
  • Any experience with VBScript or PowerShell beneficial
  • Experience from a financial services background is preferred but not essential
