SVP - Enterprise Governance Lead

Our client is a global bank who are embarking on a strategic initiative to streamline processes across the enterprise to enable quicker decision making, reduce red tape and increase productivity to support the business growth plans.

They are seeking a Strategy/Governance leader who has extensive experience in streamlining, consolidating and designing governance frameworks within a global banking enterprise. In addition to the governance and strategy responsibilities, this individual will be responsible for designing strategies and use cases for AI & Technology to aid the reduction in governance forums and risk committees.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in leading strategic governance within a global enterprise, ideally within a complex banking environment but other areas of Financial Services also considered.
• Track record of working closely with C-Suite and MD-level stakeholders at a global and regional level (regional C-Suite, Divisional Heads etc.).
• Awareness of emerging technologies and AI/ML capabilities
