Business Analyst - Finance IT (General Ledger)

Business Analyst: Finance IT: General Ledger: Reconciliation: Data Management: SQL

My financial services client is looking to hire a Business Analyst to work on a major regulatory change programme that requires someone with a proven track record in the General Ledger data and reconciliations space.

You will be working with stakeholders across the Risk space to gather requirements and write specifications that will contribute to the solution design for the organisation's finance reconciliation process and internal risk management systems.

This role requires the following to be considered:

• Previous experience as a Technical BA on a Finance IT project that focusses on General Ledger data flow
• A strong understanding of General Ledger data and reconciliations
• Well-versed in Data management practices including Data lineage, Data Modelling and Data Controls
• Strong understanding of one or more General Ledger systems
• Prior global regulatory change project experience in the Finance IT space at a large financial services organisation

This is a PAYE contract going through an Umbrella company. Please note that the rate advertised is the Umbrella rate. The organisation offers a flexible working arrangement but does require this person to be in their London office at least once a week.
